Service delivery/timing: Orders are confirmed immediately after booking. The service is provided on the tour date(s) selected by the customer at the time of booking.

Exchanges & Returns Policy:

＜Cancellations by customer＞

• More than 15 days before the tour: 80% refund

• 2–14 days before the tour: 50% refund

• Less than 2 days before the tour or no-shows: non-refundable

＜Service-related issues＞
If the service cannot be delivered as described due to the provider’s responsibility, a full refund will be issued.

Refund method: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods: Credit cards (processed via Stripe) or PayPal

Payment period: Payments are processed immediately at the time of booking or during website checkout.
